Channel Strategy Manager
We are looking for a Channel Strategy Manager for a contractor role at a global enterprise solutions company in San Jose, CA. The Channel Strategy Manager will be responsible for defining and leading worldwide channel strategies to increase market traction and channel sales. The Channel Strategy Manger will lead a cross marketing team of senior stakeholders to drive decisions and meet the program objectives.
This is a 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in San Jose, CA, for a 3 month period, extensions are likely. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Create channel strategies and program plans with goals, timelines and owners.
• Partner with Product/Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Communications, and regional marketing teams to develop detail program plans.
• Organize and lead program team meetings.
• Execute channel strategies to delivery.
• Mediate and lead collaborative team conversations that result in effective decision making.
• Prepare program activity reports and project dashboards, to communicate program status on a regular basis. Conduct monthly status meetings with senior management.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Solutions Channel Partners and their needs.
• Leadership and effective collaboration skills.
• Ability to create strategic goals and execute tactical plans.
• Strong, proven program management and communications skills.
• Organized, detailed focus, process oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally.
• Bachelors degree.
