Crimson Consulting Group is an end-to-end marketing consultancy. We specialize in Channels and Partners; Products and Markets; Interactive; and Lead Management & Demand Generation. Our clients include Adobe, Cisco, eBay, Google, Hitachi, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP Seagate, Symantec, and Verizon.
The Marketo / Business Development Coordinator role will work with our Lead Management & Demand Generation team and will focus on assisting our client with the ongoing management of their Marketo-based email campaigns. In addition this role will facilitate the marketing and business development process for getting our client team introductory meetings for potential and existing business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•Set up, testing, execution and reporting on Marketo-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing
•Conduct administrative tasks, documenting meeting notes and client information in SF.com
•Creating organization chart build outs and researching bounce-back information
•Researching web content for our marketing department
•Perform list development, and research/analyze names & titles of potential new contacts
•Assist in developing reporting metrics of letter writing campaigns
•May support our business development team who handle a high volume of business development calling and calendar management to schedule meetings, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants
•Managing job posting process for our recruiting team
MUST HAVE:
•2+ years of work experience, preferably in a telesales, business development and/or marketing role
•Experience working for a high technology company
•Strong internet research skills (Google, Linkedin etc.)
•Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
•Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, & Excel) & SalesForce.com
•Ability to be self-motivated in a team environment as well as independently
•Experience working closely with business executives and professionals
•Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and following through on issues in a timely manner
STRONGLY PREFER:
•Experience with Salesforce.com
•Experience executing marketing campaigns within Marketo, including list uploads, smart list development, set-up, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
Crimson Consulting Group is located in Los Altos, (This role may offer some off-site flexibility and flexible work hours)
Duration: 3+ month, (30 hours a week, potential to convert into a long-term role)
