Title: Sr. Business Analyst

The position is a senior business analyst role with 7+ years of experience, specifically participating in a project to develop a new set of tools/functionality that will present our employees with assessment of their skills, courses appropriate to develop proficiency in those skills, enrolling and completing the selected courses and performance of post-assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a Lead who will direct the division of analysis responsibilities to maximize effective research and delivery of the key deliverables (Requirements Traceability Matrices, BRDs, and Test Plans/Scripts) for each portion of the project. The business analyst will work closely with the project´s user experience team to ensure all required functionality is represented in Administrator and Employee/Manager-facing aspects of the tool.
- Will interview a variety of team members to gather their requirements and consolidate those requirements for prioritization and division into project releases. This is a complex, multiple-release project that requires solid experience in the skills of large scale, enterprise-wide application development analysis including functionality, logical processing, backend computation, decision-making and reporting.
- Elicits, analyzes, designs, communicates and validates requirements and processes for development or enhancement of business processes, policies and information systems/tools and provides computer application subject matter expertise to others.
- Partners with the business Project Managers and HR to ensure technical solutions meet long term as well as immediate business goals.
-Works with IT teams in project detail requirements reviews, tool evaluations, release planning, core team and user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as tool enhancement request management and issue resolution.
-Creates Test Scripts/Scenarios, manages UAT, and provides their individual Readiness Review go/no go assessment based on the testing results.
- Produces Go Forward and Playbooks for Administration and Maintenance documents.
