Product Engineer
Product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis and yield improvement for New Product Introductions and margin improvement of existing products.



 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Product Engineer has responsibility for new product introduction.  This includes:  product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement.  You will be managing projects, project teams and individuals.  This individual will have experience with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.  The Product Engineer is an independent problem solver and team player working in a highly dynamic environment.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·         BSEE/MSEE plus eight years of product engineering experience. 
·         Yield analysis software/database experience.
·         Ability to demonstrate knowledge of statistical capabilities.
·         Proven ownership for at least one product line.
·         Experience with CMOS basics and device physics including BiCMOS.
·         Knowledge with high voltage device physics including DMOS planar technology.
·         Experience with high voltage, high power testing.
·         Ability to work in a high volume production environment.  
·         Bench setups and evaluations of semiconductors.  
·         Demonstrate ability as a problem solver. 
·         Clear written and verbal communication skills.
