Role: Channel Marketing Communications Manager
Location: SF Bay Area
Time Commitment: Part time until December, Full time beginning in January

Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a full time Channel Marketing Communication and Program Manager. In this role, you will be creating and executing communication plans and deliverables that are aimed at our client's Channel Partners and internal channel stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing communication plans that drive awareness, preference and adoption of our client's products and services with resellers across North America.
This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Working closely with key stakeholders to develop partner communications such as: managing the partner web site, partner newsletters, email communications, social media, etc.
• Program manage partner co-marketing material and content syndication program
• Provide final review of content that is delivered from agencies, such as newsletters
• Provide final review of content that is delivered from internal stakeholders such as presentations, invitation copy, etc
• Respond to day-to-day ad hoc communication requests
• Develop partner facing materials such as collateral and presentations
• Work closely with external agencies, as needed, to manage design production
• Develop and execute social media strategies and communications
• Analytical skills to develop, measure, report and analyze results of communication tactics. Bring a fresh perspective to help the client put in place KPIs to measure channel communication efficacy
• Manage and deliver on a pre-determined quarterly marketing budget


Skill Sets:
• 10+ years Channel marketing experience with expertise in partner communications
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong Power Point skills
• Social Media acumen preferred
• Web marketing experience
• Strong people and collaborative skills necessary to work effectively across multiple global functions and with varied levels of management
• Excellent multi-tasking capability and ability to work in a dynamic faced paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
