We are looking for a Training Development Manager for a small business intelligence software company in San Francisco, CA. The Training Development Manager will be responsible for the development of the first end user training for this client´s manufacturing process analysis solution.

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with a proven track record in planning and developing an externally facing training program for an enterprise software company. The candidate will drive efforts to develop a full training curriculum of classes across user groups and customer segments and support the development of training class content for delivery via both live (face to face and web chat) and asynchronous (audio, video, and paper based) channels. They should enjoy taking complex concepts and content and distilling them into digestible knowledge "nuggets."

This is an approximately 20 hours per week role primarily offsite but with some onsite meetings at the client's offices in San Francisco, CA, for a 6 month period. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, launch, and manage the end user training program
• Plan training content for different customer segments and types of users
• Develop the course content to be delivered

Requirements:

• College degree: Bachelor of Science or Arts
• Proven experience designing and developing training content for a software company
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with (ideally implementing) a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Business Intelligence Software experience preferred
• Manufacturing software solution experience preferred
