Key qualities
- able to clearly communicate technical concepts to and mentor both technical and less-technical staff (e.g. training,
presentations, hands on)
- experience with creating/implementing architectural patterns with .Net technologies
- total 8-10 years total experience with a minimum 5 years .NET experience
- able to articulate .Net concepts and use .Net concepts; especially: Entity Framework, Linq
- experience deploying .Net applications to a production environment, using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
