Overview
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to create sales, lead-generation and brand awareness opportunities by effectively managing and coordinating Atlona's tradeshows, dealer, distributor, sales rep and training events globally. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other internal/external partners and vendors to successfully plan and execute domestic and international events and supports Atlona channel partner requests globally with a focus on lead generation and customer relationship management opportunities. The marketing coordinator helps prepare daily deliverables including proposals, brochures, market or potential client research, and events materials. The Marketing Coordinator oversees changes to website content, contacts management data, marketing costs tracking, or contact management tools. The marketing coordinator is also responsible for some work with public relations, investor and client relations, marketing technology tools, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to establish event objectives, evaluate new show/event opportunities and develop/manage event ROI models/measures.
• Drive all events planning processes, manage and coordinate marketing requirements and logistics through all phases: pre, during and post-events
• Hands-on building/construction of tradeshow booth(s), packing/organizing of materials, prep and coordination with freight/shipping/receiving and similar related physical work required.
• Travel to events to manage advance prep, setup and tear-down; support Sales and Marketing team efforts and booth staffing requirements during events.
• Coordinate with and manage all required resources, vendors and partners to successfully execute all events – PR, product marketing, sales management, show services, shipping, labor, rentals, A/V, logistics, suppliers.
• Manage and maintain long- and short-lead event deadlines and planning/submissions calendars.
• Manage all event and related budgets and expenses.
• Maintain all tradeshow/event material inventories, including exhibit booths, signage, banners, lighting, presentation equipment, products, collateral, displays, and related.
• Coordinate with Sales team and directly with external partners (dealer/distributor/rep) on partner event support and logistics needed globally.
• Coordinate and manage event-related content on company websites.
• Coordinate and manage select product and sales support collateral projects.
• Maintains corporate collateral, and materials
• Manage and maintain website content, social media and assist with web campaigns
• Responsible for some public relations, internal communications, and content development
• Assist with corporate branding, and ability to manipulate graphic designs, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
• BS/BA or equivalent, in related field
• 3-5 years professional industry tradeshow and partner events planning , including domestic and international events
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience interacting within Marketing and Sales teams, presenting ideas and reporting to executives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to perform physical work (assist in booth assembly, lifting, packing, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, design tools a plus
• Proven abilities to develop and manage all budgets, vendors, contractors, purchasing processes and related
• Responsible and accountable self-starter, proven team player in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to develop creative, non-traditional marketing solutions
• Technical background, helpful- Audio/video/electronics event experience in professional and commercial AV markets
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad – potential travel of up to 25% at times.
