Experis IT Professional is looking for the Sales Services Coordinator with the below background.

Title: Services-Sales Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12 months - (San Bruno, San Jose & San Francisco) & remote

Responsibilities
- Follow up on IronPort (web & email content security) software and hardware license renewals through Salesforce.com reports and quoting tools (CSCC & CCW).
- Maintain Salesforce.com tool, create quotes in CSCC system and apply price parity to new bundle pricing.
- Collaborate with sales teams and resellers/partners to help drive upsell/cross-sell multi-year renewals (talk to customers on occasion), while providing support that enhances the sales experience for all involved.
- Understand and communicate value proposition and unique selling points to convert a la carte licenses into bundle renewals.

Skills:
- Customer service driven with strong communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Technology background with enthusiasm for IT and IT security.
- Knowledge of offerings (especially Content Security) a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.) and ability to quickly understand customer relationship management and quoting tools and (e.g. Salesforce.com, CCW, CSCC).
