About the Role:

The position is a key marketing role managing the production schedule of comprehensive, multi-national demand generation programs for McAfee's global Field Marketing organization. We are looking for an experienced individual who can bring deep strategic marketing knowledge, strong organizational and classic project management skills, understanding of software solution selling methodologies and customer buying cycles.

The individual will need to demonstrate a passion for process and willingness to project manage multi-national programs allocating appropriate resources. Must be able to monitor, recognize and realign task owners to critical paths in order to deliver programs and campaigns on time and within budget. Experience in working the entire conversion funnel from demand creation, lead generation to closed revenue is a highly sought after skill set. Experience effectively managing creative agencies is desired.

We are a metrics-driven organization and expect the candidate to be comfortable and professional managing activities and deliverables to meet defined business objectives.

Understand strategic content in regard to market dynamics, compelling strategies, positioning and messaging for target audiences

Superior project management expertise applied to program management -- resulting in consistent, flawless campaign delivery

Cultivate strong internal working relationships and drive collaboration across major internal product marketing and global field marketing teams

Ability to work through ambiguity and coordinate timely projects in a collaborative and productive manner

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills & Education:

- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex ideas
- Strong team skills, especially working in cross-functional teams
- Strong relationship-building and alignment skills
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal (in English)
- Strict adherence to financial accounting rules and procedures
- Self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business to business software marketing
- Experience in strategy, planning and execution of demand generation programs and campaigns
- Experience managing programs through classic project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project
- Experience with marketing automation software such as Marketo or Eloqua
- Extensive experience working with global virtual teams
- Html coding experience a plus
- Preferred:
