Electric Cloud is looking for a full-time contractor to manage our marketing programs, lead-generation and event initiatives while our marketing manager is out on leave. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking projects from concept to implementation and has a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple successful lead-generation campaigns and corporate events. This is a perfect opportunity for an experience marketing programs manager looking for full-time work on a temporary basis. The position is onsite and will last from early May to approximately the end of October.
Job Responsibilities:
Able to seamlessly take over existing lead-generation programs while developing and implementing new programs using direct mail, email, SEM, content syndication, online advertising, social media and events.
Work closely with inside sales to develop, execute, integrate, maintain, report and optimize marketing programs designed to capture and nurture prospects.
Work with partners and customers to create joint-marketing programs that attract new prospects.
Negotiate with vendors on various programs to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with sales team to create repeatable programs that generate and nurture leads through the marketing and sales pipeline.
Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years of related experience, preferably in lead generation/management for a B2B software/technology company
Proven marketing automation experience with Eloqua, Marketo, or similar software
Good knowledge of Salesforce.com
Ability to create a strategy for marketing programs that support high-level business objectives
Understanding and experience in B2B lead-to-sales process and buying stages with a process-based approach to lead management
Metrics driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
A self-starter with attention to detail and strong follow-through capabilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
Excellent team player with strong project management and communication skills
