The Sage Group is looking for a Marketing Program Manager for an up and coming online accounting and financial management company in Palo Alto, CA. This individual will strategize, develop, own and manage marketing programs and activities to drive company growth.
Responsibilities Include
- Evaluate existing marketing programs and recommend new directions for reaching target markets and verticals.
- Develop and implement a webinar program from initial plan through to ongoing execution.
- Identify, design, implement, measure and track innovative lead generation programs that drive growth in direct customer signups, paid conversions, and retention including ongoing reinforcement of the company's value proposition and messages.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing campaigns
- Ability and willingness to conceive of new strategic programs and also be self-reliant to execute on them with results in mind
- Comfort with content generation for landing pages, email invitations, website copy, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels while maintaining positive work relationships
- Advanced project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and a metrics-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Location: Peninsula, some on-site/off-site flexibility
