Education Services Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Education Services Product Marketing Manager contractor for a client opportunity at a midsize enterprise software company. This is an outbound services product marketing role focused on the development go to market strategy, sales and marketing tools creation, launching new education products to the market, and sales and partner training.
This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week role, as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Client is located in Silicon Valley, CA, but the contractor can work anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
• Work with internal resources to create, develop and execute new education services
offerings, message and positioning
• Manage the web presence for education services offerings including functionality and
maintenance of courses and promotions
• Create go to market plan for new education services offerings; line with product and
professional services sales and marketing processes
• Develop sales materials, campaigns, interactions and other marketing collateral
material
• Develop and deliver sales team and partner sales training
• Deliver customer presentations, on occasion
Requirements:
• 8-10 years experience in Education Services Product Marketing
• Demonstrated experience building marketing and go to market strategies - using a
mix of interactive, content, social and sales enablement strategies
• Deep experience with learning services business models
• Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in taking solutions, software, or services to market
• Demonstrated success leading large, multi-discipline projects with cross-functional
teams in a matrixed environment
• Understanding of variations in regional market characteristics
• Travel to customer and training events in Europe and in Florida (3 trips during
contract term)
• BS/BA required
