[KITlist] CONTR: Staffing Coordinator III (Maryland)

The university team at client is growing and are looking to add a new college recruiting coordinator! This opportunity features a mix of operations, administrative, project based, and student facing duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
To coordinate events and provide administrative support to recruiters and program manager for the university and diversity programs with a focus on interview scheduling and offer processing. Be the point of contact for university career centers to contact with questions and updates. Keep track and order the give-a -ways for events. Maintain relationships with various vendors. Post job descriptions for intern and Recent College Grad positions on university websites. Update and produce marketing collateral for the events. Maintain a calendar for the university program.

On-Campus Events:
1. Work with the recruiter to organize career fair events, tech talks, interview days and onsite interviews if needed.
2. Before the event, ship pull-up screens, give-a-ways, flyers, etc. Provide FedEx return shipping labels for the recruiter/hiring manager to use to return what is left over from the fair.
3. Update University Programs calendar and send out invite to recruiter/volunteers who will be attending.

Tech Talks/Interview day/Information Sessions:
1. Create and distribute flyers and marketing materials to career centers and student groups.
2. Manage order and delivery of food, materials, and give away items for the tech talk.
3. Update the University Programs calendar and send out an invite to recruiter/volunteers who will be attending

Client Campus Visits:
1. Manage all logistics surrounding client's campus visits for student groups, MBA treks, etc.
2. Update the University Programs calendar; send out an invite to the recruiter, speakers and alumni with the day and time of the event so it is on their calendars.

Administrative Duties:
Scan hard copy resumes to email.
Correspond with students who sent in hard copy resumes to encourage them to apply online through our website, so they will be in our applicant tracking system.
Process all expenses and Purchas Orders
Order the catering, when needed, for the events.
Order collateral and give-a-ways as needed.
Post job descriptions on university websites.
Track shipped packages.
Schedule interviews (phone and on-site) for interns and recent college grad positions.
Set-up travel for interviewing intern candidates
Make sure interns and recent college grads are placed into On-boarding tool Red Carpet.

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 2-3 years' experience in recruiting coordination
