POSITION – BUSINESS ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +

Job Description
A quality opportunity for a team oriented Business Analyst responsible for driving operational changes that drive sales operations, pricing management, program management, order entry, and business intelligence as pricing strategies evolve for our global network of distributors, channel partners, and customers.
The person should be process oriented; able to step in and learn the processes as well as redesign them where opportunities for improvement exist. The person should have strong analytical and communication skills enabling them to provide a business insight.
The position requires the ability to understand external partner needs and how they affect processes and deliverables. The position will be accountable for achieving results that may affect deadlines and partner payments. Discusses and presents factual information to other members of the same organization; may be viewed as a technical resource by peers in the same organization; partners with client groups, taking on whatever role is necessary to achieve business objectives. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
Experience:
• Experience in operations, marketing, sales and reporting
• Business Analysis: organization, scheduling, planning skills
Education:
• BS degree and 6 years of related experience;
Strong Technical Skills Required:
• Spreadsheet Tools – MS Excel skills (expert)
• Database Tools – MS Access / SQL Server (helpful)
• Process Flow Tools: MS Visio, Accu Process
• Reporting Tools – Business Objects 6.5
Organizational "Fit" Considerations:
• Strong Communication Skills
• Self-motivated; positive attitude; team oriented.
• International Work Experience
• Independent worker
