OTM in search of Real Estate Data Analyst for Fortune 500 Client Company. Rate $35-40/hour DOE.

Overview
The Real Estate & Workplace Team impacts the lives of company employees around the world. This dynamic role requires strong analytical skills paired with strategic thinking and a collaborative work style.

The Real Estate Data Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Planning. Responsibilities for this role include 1) Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Data Management and 2) Data Analytics.

Data Management Responsibilities:
• Ensure successful two-way synch from HR database (Workday) to REW CAFM System
• Maintain current documentation of tables & fields system mapping for CAFM system
• Upload bulk data from excel files to CAFM system on monthly and quarterly basis
• Reconcile Archibus reports & data to ensure data accuracy with other company systems (Workday, Oracle, Harbor-Flex Lease Administration, & Hara Carbon Accounting)
• Manage drafting vendor to ensure compliance with company drawing & data standards
• Understand where to obtain data (data mining) and how to build intermediate level data models (data analytics) to generate real estate metrics, headcount forecasts, and key real estate data-driven insights.
• Manage user access for all modules of CAFM
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data validations, reporting results to Sr. Manager Global Planning
• Set up and maintain an organized file system for As Built Drawings
• Participate in the development & integration of space management tools & processes to improve efficiencies.

Data Analytics Responsibilities:
• Support headcount forecast and budget processes
• Work with Sr. Manager to develop and deploy real estate portfolio reports that support decision making and cost optimization
• Assist Sr. Manager in developing and maintaining an effective system for analyzing operating performance of the sites and regions
• Identify trends & benchmarks.
• Jointly develop occupancy analysis reporting to effectively communicate occupancy/vacancy ratios, headcount projections and workplace conditions
• Develop dashboards to include headcount projections, capacity, vacancy, churn information, and space allocations in facilities.
• Assist with special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience as a corporate real estate analyst
• Experience with space management/occupancy planning software/technology
• Ability to perform trending analysis of real estate and space related data
• Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of finance acumen
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with CAFM preferred, and willingness to learn Archibus
