The Office Manager is an integral partner in managing Rocket Lawyer daily activities. The ideal person will be an organizational guru and work effectively with internal and external staff. They will possess great verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment´s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

-Handle operational needs of the company, including basic facilities management (employee requests, ordering of supplies, liaison for the company with real estate management)
-Manage front desk reception - including greeting and directing visitors, assisting vendors, and maintaining conference room schedules
-Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
-Answer, screen incoming phone calls from main line
-Sort and distribute mail
-Handle all inbound and outbound shipments
-Coordinate catering for executives, team meetings, All Hands meetings, and other company events as instructed
-Provide back up support to other executives, as needed
-Prepare expense reports
-Assist with coordination of company meetings and events
-Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years supporting office staff and executive-level professionals
-Minimum of 3 years expert level on Microsoft Office Products
-Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
-Verifiable written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-paced environment
-Work experience in fast paced, start up growth company
-Self-starter, positive, energetic with "can-do" personality
-College degree
