The Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, Marketing and Support Applications, based in Redwood City, CA, you will be a key member of a lean and high impact IT organization of 140 people who are aligned in several geographically dispersed centers in over 28 countries. You will be part of a leading-edge IT organization of top professionals focused on customer satisfaction and superior execution.
The Opportunity
You are an energetic Senior Business Analyst who is interested in delivering quality solutions to support our subscription sales organizations. You will be responsible for partnering with our Cloud business teams to drive sales and e-Commerce business solutions. You will be working in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment focused on delivering value-added services that exceed customer expectations. You will also serve a critical role in partnering with Salesforce.com to drive best practices and participate in their pilot programs.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will operate as the IT partner to our Cloud business units and Sales organizations, working to drive various solutions for the client, as well as administer our Salesforce.com and subscription billing platform (Digital River). You will work closely with both organizations to drive business strategy, capture user requirements, and assist the IT development team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the business's needs. This role is an opportunity to help scale and drive its sales business for future growth.
Additionally, you will:
• Help implement an eCommerce strategy that incorporates multiple business units, sales processes and systems
• Provide support of the subscription sales business process on the Salesforce.com and Cloud billing platforms
• Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and provide input on IT processes and procedures affecting the team
• Partner with the user community, including executives, to identify their business requirements; analyze business processes; analyze source data; produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules; and assist with the implementation of those specifications
• Drive the initiation, planning, requirements, design, test and post-production phases of the solution development life cycle
• Develop, document and perform system, integration, and user acceptance tests
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Drive the periodic release cycles and work with business stakeholders to prioritize bugs and enhancements
• Provide project management support for IT initiatives and projects
Representative projects may include but are not limited to:
• Integration of our e-Commerce billing solution to Salesforce.com
• Migration of the Cloud Business unit to corporate Salesforce.com
• Implementation of Informatica Cloud products within IT
Your Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 2 or more years supporting and administering Salesforce.com
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development
• Proven problem resolution and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and adapt quickly to change in high pressure situations with minimal supervision required
• Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated record of exceeding customer expectations
• Solid business acumen; ability to understand and anticipate business needs in order to provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong team player with excellent listening, interpersonal, facilitation, written, oral and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate concepts in both technical and user-friendly language to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Ability to work with external vendors to resolve issues and manage project initiatives
• Strong technical, problem resolution and analytical skills; able to multi task and prioritize effectively
• Experience using technology to work efficiently with large datasets, i.e. Excel pivot tables, MS Access, etc.
• Experience working with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile Methodology
• BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
Desired Skills:
• Salesforce.com Admin 201 or above certified
• Experience working with an Commerce business solution such as Digital River
• Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing and Alliances processes
• Demonstrated Business Analyst work with large scale applications that may include CRM and ERP solutions
