About this Position:

The Paid Search Manager is responsible for managing profitable customer acquisition through Search, Display, Video and Mobile. With an eight figure budget and world class team to support you, you will optimize existing programs and identify new opportunities for innovation and expansion.

In this role, you will drive topline ecommerce revenue, manage the acquisition marketing budget and supervise several agencies. You will optimize results over time by defining and communicating priorities and driving projects from proposal to results, using a test and learn framework.

Collaborate: You will work closely with the funnel optimization team to test and iterate landing pages and funnel experiences to increase conversions and revenue per user.

Analyze: You will proactively analyze data to measure progress, identify new opportunities and close gaps on performance

Motivate: You will manage agencies and partners by aligning their execution with our business strategies, and motivate and inspire them as valued members of our team.

Responsibilities:

-Lead team to achieve acquisition marketing revenue and profitability goals
-Leverage customer segmentation as a key factor to drive revenue optimization
-Manage agency and partner relationships
-Monitor and analyze quantitative data, identify trends, and develop optimization strategies
-Work closely with optimization team to execute landing page and funnel experience tests to increase conversions
-Expand acquisition via new channels (video and mobile) and the promotion of new services

Requirements:

-Experience managing large scale eCommerce acquisition programs
-Analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness
-Proven track record and passion for leveraging analytics to solve complex business problems
-Ability to communicate strategy and results to agencies, peers, and senior executives
-Deep understanding of current paid acquisition tools, platforms, environments and technologies
-Hands on experience with keyboard strategy and management, bidding strategies, ad copy writing and testing, and analyzing data
