Campus Recruiting Manager position - Houston, Texas or Relocate
Campus Recruiting Manager is responsible for sourcing activity for campus (non-visit and local schools) across all Lines of business.
*Position is located in Houston, Texas -MUST be able to relocate
Position/Program Requirements:
Considerable knowledge of sourcing strategy to lead recruiting activity for key and non-visit schools.
Considerable knowledge of recruiting systems, technology and protocols to recruit efficiently and within company guidelines.
Skills Preferred:
Considerable experience to execute sourcing activity for enterprise wide campus recruiting initiatives.
Considerable experience managing relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned schools.
Considerable experience managing candidate flow utilizing tracking databases to facilitate the information transfer, compliance with company protocols, and reporting to senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with the internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and achieve goals for each assigned school. The selected candidate in this role will interact, build relationships internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to maintain working relationships with internal business stakeholders and HR/TA colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities.
Considerable experience to develop and manage the budgets for key and non-visit sources.
The selected candidate in this role will manage the process, candidates and budget 100% of the time.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in college recruitment
• Prior experience in budgeting and program management is required
• Leadership experience is key since this role will be managing the enterprise-wide college recruitment initiatives
• Proven ability to track, measure and analyze results
• Proven experience in developing campus recruiting strategies to include internship programs and college grads is a plus
• Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships with senior leaders/executives and collaborating and building relationships across functional and organizational lines
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Ability to think strategically and to develop programs and processes with minimal direction
