Our client is seeking a compensation professional with executive presence to support and manage a variety of compensation related projects and initiatives for a minimum of three months. Typical duties may include:
- Market job pricing and benchmarking
- Compensation design
- Salary grade updates and realignments
- Project management
- Internal client meeting facilitation
- Job description updates and creation
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, Accounting or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Compensation consulting, design or management with demonstrated experience in Total Rewards/Compensation practices, principles, concepts, and standards
- Proven ability to be analytical and evaluate data effectively
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
- Ability to constructively challenge the status-quo to achieve better results
- Proficiency in MS Excel (specific proficiency with V-lookup, pivot tables, macros, and advanced formatting)
Compensation: Negotiable
