Description:
Assist Functional Area Managers (FAMs) with the Onboarding of new hires.
Assist FAMs when an employee’s role changes, and when employees are promoted, transferred or terminated.
Assist supervisors on the floor in ensuring employees are trained on the tasks they are performing
Run metrics reports showing training completions, incomplete training items; drive completion of training assignments in a timely manner.
Communicate to employees when SOPs/Batch Records become effective
Coordinate the logistics for training sessions, such as identifying Qualified Trainers to deliver training and finding rooms for training
Notify FAMs and Curricula Owners of curriculum changes
Identify trainers for functional training and assist with coordination of training
Reviews training assignments and notifies functional areas of changes
Assists with copying, filing, and printing reports. May support additional documentation maintenance as required by functional area
Site wide support may require coordination and/or delivery of some site-wide training programs
May participate on sub-teams focused on training process improvements
