Position: Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media Content Management
Location: Modesto, CA

Description:
Marketing department is in need of some assistance for a "Digital Marketing Manager". Although the title states Digital, this position deals more with Social Media Content management.

Key Points:
The Manager of Digital Marketing creates comprehensive and cohesive digital marketing strategies and plans that integrate with the Company's traditional marketing plans. He/she is responsible for all brand communications through digital and social channels (to include online, new media, web and e-commerce) and leads the development, execution, and assessment of innovative, results-oriented digital marketing and social media campaigns, in support of the company's overall strategic goals and marketing plan, with a focus on driving sales and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
�Partners with banners to create digital marketing plans and campaigns
�Grows the Company's fan base on existing properties, and develops new and innovative platforms for additional expansion
�Develops "Brand Advocates" from the Company's fan base, using Digital properties
�Manages online branding, communications, and campaigns through the Company websites, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.
�Identifies and monitors technologies and new developments in the digital landscape to finds ways to more effectively deliver communication and business objectives
�Executes and provides post-analysis of all digital marketing campaigns, working closely with Brand Managers
�Reports on the success of campaigns to banner teams in a streamlined and concise way
�Oversees/manages web support agencies

Job Skills, Qualifications, Education and Experience:
�Minimum 5 years in retail marketing, preferably in the social or digital marketing area
�Four year degree (or equivalent applicable work experience)
�Keen understanding of digital strategy development
�Experience with PHP, HootSuite, Buddy Media, Radian6, Sales Force, and other social and digital software
�Ability to create and communicate new ideas through influential communication and competence
�Ability to work with a team of diverse stakeholders - Customer intelligence, Advertising, Merchandising, Banner Management
�Excellent writing and presentation skills
�Strong analytical, research, reporting, and budgeting skills
�Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on analytics
�Strong experience with "best practice" or "best-in-class" organizations exhibiting execution of company strategies
�Strong leadership skills with energized actions and ability to motivate staff
�Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

�Some travel required
�Copywriting required
�Proficient basic computer functions - Microsoft business programs to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Share Point
