Currently we are searching for a Demand Generation Manager

The Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the company's demand generation strategy. Working across marketing and the other corporate functions, the individual will create a strategy that accelerates direct sales growth by defining, creating and executing enterprise grade B2B marketing campaigns targeted at prospective and current customers. The manager will need to leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information regarding products and services to target and generate high quality leads. Through a mixture of creating new and nurturing existing relationships with the target audience, the manager will need to be metrics focused and able to achieve target lead generation goals and deliver defined conversion rates that generate new and incremental sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
�Drive and execute marketing programs and various initiatives that create qualified opportunities and revenue
�Conceptualize and manage a diverse range of marketing programs, including webinars, events, email campaigns
�Be responsible for setting up and execution of the creative process, database strategy, program execution, and campaign effectiveness reporting
�Align campaigns with product marketing initiatives, external market trends, competitor moves, and field feedback to continually improve results
�Collaborate with others in marketing, sales to utilize the website as a strategic demand generation tool, driving conversion from visitors to leads
�Leverage and manage Marketo and use Salesforce.com to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance
�Optimize lead qualification for sales and ensure successful follow through of qualified leads
�Adjust scoring as necessary and ensure lead hand-off process is current, documented and communicated to sales
�Own the marketing automation and database systems and build/maintain the internal house list
�Measure, analyze and report on the lead-to-close process, sales and marketing program effectiveness, and campaign outcomes, draw insights and present results clearly to sales and executive management to facilitate sound decision making; and
�Produce regular weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and analysis focused on achieving revenue goals, pipeline, awareness and market perception tracking leads, conversion, ROI, opportunities and revenue potential.

Desired Skills Experience
�This position is in San Jose, so you should be living in the San Francisco Bay Area to be considered!
�A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant marketing activities for enterprise software companies
�Quality Experience with closed-loop methodology and the hands-on utilization of both the CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation platform (Marketo or equivalent) is a must
�Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand Generation for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results. Having actually set up and run marketo campaigns.
�Strategic thinking, solid business judgment, strong positioning and marketing, and excellent presentation skills
�Strong analytical skills and be metric driven with experience in developing marketing operations metrics and dashboards
�Experience with Search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM), PPC, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
�Experience with setting up and managing optimization experiments including specific examples of using A/B testing or multivariate testing that lead to an improved conversion rate.
�Highly proficient with Excel and other MS Office software applications.
�Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines
�Experience with start-ups a big plus
�The ability to work in a collaborative environment
�4 year undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
