[KITlist] Senior HRIS Analyst (Alameda , CA)

The Senior HRIS Analyst a key member of our Alameda- based Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director of Compensation and HR Systems, this person is an internal expert responsible for HR systems, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

� Serve as the primary point of contact on all HR systems and data issues and projects
� Act as systems administrator for HR technology solutions, including the following:
- Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for all issues, requests, and training
- Conduct troubleshooting analysis
- Analyze change requests for impact and act as liaison with the IT applications team
- Establish vendor relationships and make recommendations to leverage the value of existing technologies
- Project manage new system implementations as well as integration and upgrades of existing systems, including vendor selection, change management, and user training
� Create and/or process HR data reports to meet frequent and varied ad hoc requests from any segment of the company using Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer (version 10.1.2); manage access to HR data
� Assess business needs for HR data, metrics, and analytics in support of enterprise decision-making; conduct data analysis and recommend data solutions
� Perform audits of data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, working with end users to resolve identified issues.
� Analyze HR data workflows and processes globally, recommend process improvements and document end user requirements.
� May assist other functions within the HR department as needed

Experience and Skills:
� Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, business, IT, or related area; prefer master's degree or evidence of formal systems training such as MIS, IT curriculum, HRIP certification, etc.
� 6-10 years HRIS/HR systems experience, including project managing implementations, integrations, upgrades, testing, and training
� Proven expertise as a user of Oracle 11i (11.5.10), Discoverer, Web ADI and core Oracle HR functionalities
� Strong experience with talent management systems (e.g. Success Factors, Cornerstone, Halogen) and MS Excel, and working familiarity with SQL
� Strong knowledge of core HR business practices (HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, Employee Relations) and ability to recommend solutions to technology- or data-related business problems/opportunities within a global setting
� Highly effective and customer-oriented: works well and patiently with various people and personalities, and maintains composure while meeting demanding deadlines.
� Ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information with professionalism.
� Excellent project management, communication and organization skills
