JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a passion for writing and editing? Are you obsessed with helping define the next technology innovation? Are you driven to deliver top-notch sales enablement tools? If your answer has been yes to all these questions, you might be the right candidate for Agiliance.
As Product Marketing Specialist, you will assist the Product Marketing team in the development of product content, sales enablement tools, collateral, and product demonstrations. RESPONSIBILITIES
�Develop product content around top industry standards and regulations.
�Assist the Agiliance Marketing team with preparation of industry events.
�Assist the Agiliance Sales team responding to RFIs / RFPs.
�Assist in conducting online product demonstrations.
�Conduct market research and competitive analysis activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior Experience
�0 - 2 years of marketing or product marketing / management experience.
�Worked in a start-up or high growth environment (either internship, part-time, or full-time employment).
Skills
�Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
�Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
�Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
�Must work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
�Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-parties
Attitudes
�Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed.
�Team player with strong sense of urgency.
�Flexible and willing to do "what it takes" to help the company getting the job done.
�High energy and enthusiasm-eager to learn new things on a daily basis
�Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
�Fearless - not afraid to be a bold and outside-of-the-box thinker.
Education
�Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or other related discipline; MBA a plus.
LOCATION
The position is based in the Agiliance headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA, conveniently located in walking distance to downtown, Caltrain, and VTA.
COMPENSATION
Your compensation package will be consistent with the stage of the company and the individual's track record. Compensation will include cash component (base and variable), benefits, and equity.
