Our client has an integrated print and digital studio that specializes in marketing hardware, software and games. We are looking for a contract Producer to lead their team of artists to produce elements for tradeshow events, print, POP, rich media, web marquees, and everything branding related.

You will work with team leads and cross functional departments to deliver jobs. You will be responsible for helping manage all Print and various Digital end-to-end projects with close support from senior designers. Duties may include gathering business requirements, co-planning, and monitoring project life-cycle to manage risk and expectations in accordance with the department's objectives.

You will work closely with management to nurture relationships and artists, and guide projects through planning, design, and development to ensure accurate delivery of creative brief's needs. This is a contract position with a possibility to extend.

SCOPE:

Works with creative and design leads, along with cross-functional teams to determine and support the creative vision for the client and company within the planned scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Coordinates resources such as talent, assets, and external vendors; creates, implements and monitors schedules and budgets to ensure that projects are created and delivered on-time and within established resource constraints. Monitors projects from initiation through delivery and organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day planning, resourcing, jobs assignments, and job tracking required to support the Print Department. Daily project management, including reviewing creative, setting priorities and communicating schedules and progress to the team, stakeholders, and managers.
Prepare, communicate, and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, deadlines, changes, and deliverables at all stages of design and production for all internal and external stakeholders including team leads and managers.
Provide best practices that will help to meet Clients objectives and internal production goals. Work on large and small scale projects, long term and short term. Work with team to promote technologies and innovation within the organization to streamline business processes, increase artist satisfaction, and grow the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent writing and communication skills, and an ability to adapt to fluid situations in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic corporate environment. Knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and productivity tools.
Motivated, dedicated, and reliable with commitment to achieving completion of tasks within agreed strict timescales and budget. Self-starter that must be highly organized with a problem solving, "get-it-done" attitude.
Strong interpersonal, client, and team relational skills with the ability to collaborate with many stakeholders. Great understanding of design, functionality, content delivery, print publishing, web publishing and communications processes.
Proven experience working on and/or managing numerous print digital projects within short deadlines. Extreme attention to detail, proofing skills a big plus. Enthusiasm for understanding of media and emerging technologies is a plus .
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the print and digital design field; using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
COMPLEXITY:

Exercises judgment in scheduling resources, project management, and evaluative techniques for completing projects on time and on budget. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
SUPERVISION:

Works with team leads to determine methods and procedures to produce the project in an effective and professional manner by coordinating activities with other cross functional teams and management.
EXPERIENCE:

Requires 7+ years of related experience in print digital production and/or project management experience, preferably with an agency background.
Bachelor���s degree.
