Role: Program Manager - Business Process Improvement / Pricing Background (Contract Role)
Location: Bay Area
Terms - W2 or Corp to Corp
Duration: Expected to be a long term role


The responsibilities of the Program Manager will include developing and driving improved processes, enhanced internal controls and more robust metric reporting for the end-to-end pricing process.

Competencies and Experience:
-------------------------------

> Strong business experience in pricing and quote to cash process areas
> Excellent project management and process development skills
> Familiarity with balancing cross-functional business initiatives.

Strong technical competency and / or certifications in process improvement methods (i.e., BPM, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma).

Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes, sub processes and their links to tasks.

Cisco experience required *

Pricing experience preferred.

Bachelors Degree (general business, finance, or public policy disciplines)

MBA or other related graduate-level degree is a plus
