With SaaS business apps as your core DNA, you will be building and executing the existing and future product lines reporting to the VP, Marketing.
Responsibilities:
� Defining, prioritizing, planning, and driving the execution of the vision for the existing and future product lines
� Bring market facts, not opinions, to the organization. Understanding the customer in our market that we are serving (market segment and personas)
� Strong business acumen and engineering wherewithal - drive and bring products to market.
� Collaborate across all functional areas (customers; Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Marketing in order to successfully prioritize features and develop the products that our customers want and need
� Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specifications
� Collaborate with marketing and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features
� "Own" the product's user experience and feature set and act as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization
� Build product prototypes
� Work closely with customers and partners
Requirements
� Experience designing and building great user experiences on both the web and mobile devices
� Prefer 10 years+ experience as a product manager
� Successful track record in bringing market context to development in the form of personas and their problems
� Understanding the customer's language, not techno-babble and context to sales in the form of a repeatable sales process
� Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, engineering, QA and launch
� Passion for great user experience and design
� Experience with SaaS product design and delivery is preferred
� Excellent communication skills
� Successful track record in Developing, coaching, mentoring and/or inheriting/building a team
� 4-year degree in Computer Science and/or Masters
