We are looking for a Jr. Field Marketing Manager for a contract role at a global high technology company based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Jr. Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of regional marketing programs and events South East Sales Region. This role requires close collaboration with sales leadership and teams in supporting sales goals.
This is a 40 hours per week; 5 month contract role (with quarterly extensions likely) onsite at the client�s offices in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions� employee.
Responsibilities:
� Understand the sales objectives and implement marketing programs to support the sales goals
� Work closely and align with the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Director, District Sales Managers and Sales team to drive and deliver marketing programs
� Develop and execute best in class/flawless integrated marketing programs, events, webinars, and social media activities
� Develop on-going communications plan for sales
� Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
� Create business analysis by accounts, customer segments and verticals to drive targeted marketing programs
� Track and measure activities and programs against defined metrics
� Manage and track budget to align with marketing and sales key goals and objectives
Requirements:
� 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience working with sales organizations.
� Experience marketing to IT departments of enterprise and midsized companies
� Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
� Strategic planning, budget management, analysis and analytical skills
� Excellent collaboration skills in working cross-functionally with sales organization, corporate marketing, peers, channels and alliance teams
� Bachelor degree required, or equivalent experience
