Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full-time Marketing Program Manager Consultant for a project-based assignment with one of our high-tech clients.
The Marketing Program Manager Consultant will be responsible for project management of a new sales playbook that will educate our client's National Services Sales Team on a new sales initiative. The Consultant will build and drive the project timeline, work with various content providers for input, manage vendors for production and track the overall project budget.
The ideal consultant is proactive, works well independently and possesses exceptional problem solving skills with a bias toward action.
Specific Responsibilities:
Collaborate with field marketing leads to define sales playbook objectives, program and requirements
Establish and gain consensus on project plan, timeline and budget status
Work with internal stakeholders to define and aggregate content from multiple sources/SME's, review for accuracy and edit as needed
Drive and manage the production process to ensure project is delivered within brand, on time and on budget
Manage production vendors as needed
Continually track and report project status to client
Skills:
6-7 years of Marketing Communications/Field Communications/Project Management experience with a focus on managing and driving field facing programs and/or projects. Must have prior experience working for at least one large, B2B technology company.
Experience project managing sales enablement material/collateral
Experience managing production processes, time lines, budgets, and vendors
Excellent project / time management and organizational skills
Ability to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
Ability to work collaboratively to establish and maintain cross functional relationships in a highly matrix environment
Highly detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
RATE: D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group, benefits available
LOCATION: 100% remote/virtual/WFH.
HOURS/DURATION: FT; July 7, 2014 through October 24, 2014.
