Description:
WideOrbit is looking for an outstanding marketing professional who can help us drive sales and increase brand and market awareness. The Marketing Manager - Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective demand generation initiatives, managing corporate and product brand marketing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams in the development of corporate and product messaging and content to support these programs. This key position will report to the head of Corporate Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and the rest of the corporate marketing team. The right person for the job must be highly creative, an excellent writer, and possess the ability to take a program from conception to execution and evaluation against qualitative and quantitative strategic objectives.
What you'll do:
� Develop and execute measurable demand generation programs that drive pipeline for Sales, which may include online and offline direct marketing, print and online advertising, social media campaigns, content marketing campaigns, cross-marketing initiatives and webinars
� Create compelling messaging and content for use in marketing campaigns, collateral and web content and sales tools
� Manage creative team in the creation of all campaign elements, including emails, online ads and landing pages, utilizing best practices for optimal effectiveness
� Monitor, analyze and optimize program and campaign performance
� Help manage or support other marketing initiatives and programs, which may include trade shows and executive events, user conferences, collateral and sales tools, corporate website, etc.
� Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to establish demand generation goals, strategies and initiatives
� Coordinate with IT and system administrators to manage and maintain data integrity
� Manage all programs to budget
� Track, measure and report program results
Here's what we're looking for in a candidate:
� 5+ years developing and executing demand generation programs and corporate marketing initiatives
� Established track record of developing and executing successful online and offline direct marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, customer loyalty programs, lead nurturing programs, content marketing programs and events
� Outstanding copywriting and messaging development skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
� Proven knowledge of optimization best practices to improve performance of emails, ads, landing pages, online forms, web content, etc.
� Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing, reporting and improving key marketing metrics
� Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop lead gen strategies, programs, content and tools to help drive and support sales
� Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems required
� BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Communications field
� Knowledge of Media and broadcast television industries or digital ad tech a plus
Location:
This position will be based in the San Francisco office which is in Levi's Plaza.
