TITLE: Customer Marketing Manager
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Head of Customer Marketing
FLSA: Exempt

Position Summary

Customer Marketing Manager must be efficient, versatile, and task oriented. Mandatory job requirements include the following:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

� Develop business cases/briefs to drive new CRM initiatives that improve KPI's
� Implement Marketing and Product strategies including developing business requirements and working with cross-functional teams to deliver
� Day to day project management of key CRM activities
� Create and manage marketing communication across various channels, such as new print collateral, marketing website changes, e-mails, SMS, etc.
� Understand and drive analysis/research necessary to support new marketing initiatives including historical MIS, competitive benchmarking and customer feedback
� Manage 3rd party relationships as necessary (such as cash load networks, loyalty management relationships, etc.)
� Responsible for working with the Analytics team to understand performance of initiatives and report against control/expectations
� Ensure CRM processes drive a consistent, good customer experience
� Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts.
� Contribute innovative ideas and design artwork to the Marketing department.

Other Duties Responsibilities

� Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

� Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university; advanced Marketing degree or MBA preferred
� Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with 7+ years preferred
� Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication.
� Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment.
� Strong marketing experience in developing and executing new products/processes and campaigns, with customer marketing experience preferred
� Analytical thinking and problem solving
� Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member.
� Excellent attention to detail
� Flexible and adaptable to changes.
� Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines.
� Excellent project management skills.
