Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Digital Asset Project Manager for our technology client based in San Jose, CA. The Digital Asset Project Manager works with a lead consultant to support internal marketing teams by gathering and organizing digital assets.

The Digital Asset Project Manager will coordinate the creative review workflows and will maintain and publish digital assets through a Document Management System (DMS) and multiple website/portal integrations.

The ideal consultant is a proactive, detail oriented, resourceful project manager who retains information well and is able to manage many simultaneous projects with moving parts. A good sense of humor is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Working alongside a team lead, field incoming requests from internal Marketing teams to gather and organizing digital assets, including images, documents, videos and other rich media

Publish, add, refresh, catalogue and expire assets and associated metadata through a proprietary DMS system

Asset tagging/retagging, content migration coinciding with a major release

Following established procedures, track license and governance/usage rights

Skills:

2-3 years' experience as a Digital Asset Project Manager, Digital Librarian or similar traffic-related role

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, must be able to work independently. Must be resourceful, retain information well, be receptive to guidance from direct peer manager and handle pressure with ease.

Technical savvy. Must have proficiency working with DMS, Content Management System (CMS), or related systems; experience with JIVE a plus

Experience working with an online library or virtual archive

Smartsheet power user

Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly strong Excel skills

Proficiency in both MAC and Windows platforms

Excellent communications skills, verbal and written

Bachelors' degree

RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group

LOCATION: Onsite in San Jose office for initial training period, 100% remote/WFH/virtual/telecommute. No phone calls, please.

HOURS/DURATION: Initially part time 20-30 hours per week, scaling to full time consulting in [insert month here], standard business hours. On occasion, must be available for early start times: 6:30am -7:00am PST. ASAP - ongoing.
