Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is currently looking for an experienced program manager for our client company in San Jose, CA. The program manager will drive production and execution of e-mail programs (batched and triggered) for new hosted services and subscription platforms for Adobe. Major areas of responsibility include executing engagement/active use, renewal and win-back e-mail programs for multiple/cross segments to drive membership retention.
Duties include:
•Work with internal and external creative agencies and BU stakeholders to produce, review and finalize responsive-design e-mail templates to drive member active use.
•Execute flawless worldwide e-mail campaigns on time and within budget.
•Work with analytics and database teams to structure and define complex e-mail list requests, including data segmentation, localizations, and unique tracking codes to ensure audience criteria meets the program goals.
•Work closely with the worldwide field teams to ensure emails are localized with available and relevant, country-specific content.
•Contact Management - Work closely with other RM colleagues to manage the frequency and relevancy of communications to the paid member audience. Monitor the unsubscribe, bounce, open and CTR of communications to ensure the marketable universe remains healthy.
Experience Needed:
•Experience in creating and delivering emails to worldwide audience. This includes: experience with regional preferences, best practices awareness of typical response rates and behaviors, adding codes for tracking.
•Understand key requirements of triggered communications infrastructure, including segment definition, database feed, and contact mapping
•Strong background in data and analytics
•Be able to define and ensure implementation of program tracking to gain key insights for program optimization.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team across many agencies, product groups, and countries.
•Strong attention to detail is required to execute flawless programs.
•Prior experience in a creative agency managing the execution of multiple, concurrent projects is desirable.
•Solid written and verbal communication skills; confidence presenting to groups of different sizes
Education:
•Minimum BA unless applicant has 5 years of applicable experience.
