Channel Impact is seeking an operations/office/HR manager. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a customer service attitude, pays close attention to details and gets the job done without multiple reminders.

This position is very flexible. You will need to be on site in our Lamorinda office on Monda,ys Tuesdays and Thursdays. The other days of the week, you can work remotely. This role is roughly 20 hours/week.

This is a W2 role with Channel Impact.



Responsibilities:



Help with recruitment. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Work with marketing manager to post jobs online, update website, send to distribution lists.

- Schedule interviews, update candidates on recruitment status.

- Manage the on-boarding process for new employees and subcontractors.

This includes, but is not limited to: preparing the offer letter, sending the on-boarding kit, setting up benefits, collecting payroll information, setting up phone extensions, email addresses, ordering business cards, conducting reference and background checks, etc.

- Manage the employee exit process. This includes, but is not limited to: working with finance manager to determine final paycheck, complete the exit paperwork, collect assets such as computers, etc.

- Prepare consulting agreements for Channel Impact sub-contractors.

- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to manage employee website.

- Manage employee documentation: ie Handbook and other collateral

- Manage quarterly client survey

- Plan and manage 6 employee training webinars

Employee experience management:

- Employee birthdays, anniversaries and monthly recognition

- Manage annual review process

- Collect weekly client status reports

- Conduct 1:1 with employees to share client feedback

- Complete vendor enrollment packages

- Enter information in client's tools (FieldGlass), follow-up on approval status

- Manage Channel Impact suppliers such as insurance and benefit agencies.

- Perform monthly audits on medical insurance statements.

- Manage state agencies

Skill Sets:

Excellent organizational skills

Top notch customer service skills

Stellar attention to details

Good understanding of Excel- intermediate level user

SFDC experience is a plus
