We are looking for website content manager for a high tech client to manage content identified in the editorial calendar for posting on the external website, working with internal content stakeholders and the web production team. The content manager is also responsible for coordinating the monthly customer Newsletter, as well as managing content on the customer portal.
This is a 40 hr/week, 6 month role (extension likely) onsite at the client's offices in Redwood City, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the production of content according to the editorial calendar, working with internal content stakeholder
• Manage event promotions on the website and related digital properties
• Coordinate the production of the monthly customer newsletter
• Manage content publishing to the customer information portal; answer customer questions
• Improve content creation and publishing processes, as needed
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in website content management at a B2B high tech company
• Detailed oriented, organized, strong project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working across internal functional teams to deliver timely production results.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word authoring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing processes for cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront or Clarizen
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
• Understanding of SEO tactics
• HTML knowledge, preferred
