Call for Freelance Webinar Producers!

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for part time 1099 freelance Webinar Producers to support our growing, ongoing webinar program via the Adobe Connect platform. We're looking for people who can manage the production of the webinar from start to finish; from writing the welcome script to producing the live webinar and reporting the success metrics. You'll also be responsible for hosting dry runs/rehearsals, moderating the live event, editing and posting the on demand recording, reporting back on measurement and metrics associated with the event and reporting to the client

You must be able to work in a fast past environment as the webinars happen in a relatively short amount of time.

You know how to do these things:

Plan a webinar: Attend planning meetings to understand overall flow and what layouts need to be created.

Set up the Connect room: Set up the room based on the requirements from the presenter. Create layouts to flow with the presentation process. Ensure audio connection to the Connect room is established and working. Create and test live polls.

Produce the session: Upload presentation and confirm successful upload of formatting. You'll also make sure that any extra plug-ins or features (polls, surveys, and so on) are all pointing to the right places.

Moderate: You'll moderate the webinar, introduce the session and the speakers, at other times, you'll find the right person for the job. In addition, you'll manage the Q&A chat pod and send questions to presenter during the webinar.

Measurement Metrics: Provide final reporting of the session attendance, registration, polling and on demand version of the webinar for posting. Document any technical issues and how they were resolved and report back to webinar program manager.

You have these skills:

5+ years' experience from executing/managing webinars in a B2B and B2C environment

Hands on experience using Adobe Connect

Effective project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly to clients in email and during conference calls.

Ability to build effective working relationships

Be outgoing, self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Have knowledge of standard office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel

A Bachelor's degree

RATE: D.O.E; as a 1099 vendor of Crawford Group

LOCATION: Fully remote/offsite/virtual/WFH freelance consulting. No phone calls please.

HOURS/DURATION: Part time as needed. Must be open to flexible work hours, including 5pm to 4am PST the week of April 24th - 29, 2016. ASAP – ongoing.
