Reporting to the Market Director, the Manager, Online Fundraising Engagement is responsible to develop, manage and execute online fundraising and engagement strategies for the Greater New York City Region, for all Tour de Cure, Step Out and online giving campaigns. 

The Manager will manage a portfolio of family teams and all other aspects of online donor cultivation, stewardship and retention; be accountable for achieving significant revenue targets; and influence the strategic implementation of local, regional and nationwide initiatives. 

- Develops, manages and implements an annual business plan (RAM) designed to meet event targets.

- Serves as a key member of the NYC Region development team, influencing and driving strategy, relationships and best practices to accomplish market and region financial goals.

- Has accountability to develop and steward a portfolio of family team relationships.

- Works with the Market and Regional Directors to ensure that RAM plan strategies meet targets.

- Develops, manages and executes online donor retention and stewardship strategies.

- Delivers consistent customer service to all constituents.

- Designs and delivers online support and training for all event participants.

-  Ensures compliance with ADA policies, including employment, risk management, event and cash handling, and financial controls.

- Demonstrates integrity, collaboration and stewardship.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, such as non-profit, fundraising and donor relations experience.

- Established success in fundraising, relationship management and non-profit leadership.

 - Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts.

 - Outcome driven with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
 
- Ability to manage and motivate groups and individuals.

- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

 - Advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of applications and other computer-based information systems.

- Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.

- Ability to work some nights and weekends.

This position involves sedentary work in the office; moving moderately weighted objects from one position to another; and, working primarily with fingers and the whole hand or arm, as in handling items, typing, etc.; ability to receive, process, and understand guidelines through spoken language.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
