Office Manager
Our client is a leading manufacturer of electronic components headquartered in Switzerland. They are searching for an Office Administrator for their new Chicago office. This position requires a very smart multi-tasker who is ready to make a long-term commitment to a thriving company. Their office is in downtown Chicago, near public transportation.
This position is responsible to provide HR and accounting support, executive support, sales administration, records management, and office administration support.
The Office Administrator must be very organized, structured, and discipline. Must be able to handle multi-tasking with ease to produce high output levels of work. Self-motivated and smart. Technically, must be great with computers. Good visual sense is desired to help with marketing/advertising, PPT creation, office logistics, etc.
Compensation base of $60k.
