Established Consulting Organization in its 17th year of business with a successful track record and established Fortune 500 clients is looking for a Sr. Sales Representative / Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Supports the organization's business objectives by building and maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients (currently based in Silicon Valley, Ca). Effectively communicating with clients, the Sr. Sales Representative will work with an existing client base, as well as develop new business relationships through building and maintaining current accounts, cold-calling, and in-person meetings ( Silicon Valley / Bay area).
Responsibilities:
- Proactively maintain and create new Client Contacts.
- Effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients over the phone and
in person.
- Partner with Technical Recruiter(s), Management, etc. to effectively solve client needs.
- Support in following up with established leads.
- Meet and exceed expected levels of activity and results
- Qualify potential clients using established criteria
- Record all pertinent information into the Company's database ensuring the integrity
of the database
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 8+ years professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Telemarketing, etc. including working for a consulting / services based organization.
- Must be Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Demonstrated assertive and outgoing personality
- Possess a polished and professional image
- Bachelor's Degree Required
