Channel Impact is seeking an entry level resource to help our client manage the day-to-day administration of their Marketing Development Funds (MDF). In this role you will have the opportunity to learn how the Marketing Development Fund process works and interact with suppliers, channel sales and partners. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to start or grow their career while learning new skills. The ideal candidate will have a winning, positive can-do attitude and a commitment to do their best every time!



This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact. The initial engagement will be for 4 months.



What you will be doing:

Helping our client to manage the MDF claims process

Tracking marketing fund requests as they move through the approval process

Notifying key stakeholders when funds are about to expire

Collaborating with the vendor who audits claims, to identify missing proof of performance



The winning candidates will have:

BA or BS in Business or Finance

Basic Excel skills

Strong written communication skills

A fantastic attitude. Consciences. Pays attention to detail
