Description:
Guidebook is seeking an energetic and analytically minded Marketing Operations Senior Manager to champion a range of marketing programs that leverage the capabilities of Marketo, Salesforce and our own internal systems. You'll be a key member of the marketing team, and help design, orchestrate and deliver these programs as well as measure and report the outcomes and success metrics You won't be alone however. You'll work closely with marketing and sales leadership, sales operations, product marketing, finance and others to ensure that systems, processes and tools are in place that support sales enablement, marketing performance measurement, strategic decision-making, and streamlined reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage Guidebook's marketing automation system and the interfaces between that tool, Salesforce.com and other company systems.
Collaborate with members of the marketing team, sales organization and product management group on go-to-market programs, prospecting campaigns, nurture, drip and other outreach to drive leads and conversions.
Provide reporting, dashboarding and other tools that create visibility for marketing and sales KPIs.
Establish tools, infrastructures and benchmarks that enable marketing to assess itself and continuously improve.
Lead marketing implementation projects.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of marketing operations or marketing project management experience
Detailed understanding of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), and measurement (Google Analytics) tools and their associated best practices
High degree of familiarity with campaign analysis and reporting, pipeline management, budgeting, planning, and workflow process development
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business or related field of study; or commensurate work experience
Ability to think strategically, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to execute, focusing on key deliverables and must-meet deadlines
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously so that "balls are not dropped"
