CollabNet is looking for a tenacious Marketing Program Manager to join our team in South San Francisco. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing, and will interface with multiple teams (sales, product management, product marketing, corporate marketing and client support) to create and manage marketing campaigns that drive revenues.
Ideal candidates will showcase a strong communication skill (verbal and written), in-depth technical aptitude with marketing automation solutions, an inherent passion for SaaS products, and confidence in presenting to different audiences.
On any given day, you'll be doing one or all of these things:
-Help identify, develop, manage and support marketing initiatives including events, campaigns and sales support to help drive sales objectives.
-Create and Manage marketing dashboards that tracks effectiveness / impact of leads and pipeline.
-Provides leadership and input on field requirements for integration into marketing programs and campaigns.
-Ensure feedback from sales organization to drive alignment of marketing investment to sales requirements.
-Manages partner marketing programs as appropriate.
-Work with Product marketing to develop sales materials / collateral and other assets needed by the marketing campaigns and sales.
Desired Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field
-Must have strong skills in Sales and Marketing automation (SFDC Marketo)
-Strong communication skills (verbal written)
-Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions; SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
-3+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation roles with proven results
-Strong understanding of current Best Practices for Demand Generation
