Job Description:
Rimini Street, Inc., the world's leading independent provider of support for enterprise application software, seeks a Senior Digital Designer resident in our Pleasanton Operations Center.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Content Creative Development, this position must have an impeccable design aesthetic and be able to logically implement their designs in a strategic way to support company branding and current web infrastructure. They would manage the look and feel for web properties for the corporate website, web banners, and gated landing pages to support corporate visual identity with a keen eye towards mobile and responsive design techniques, information architecture, user experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, well versed in project management fundamentals, be able to work independently and as a part of a larger team, have a razor sharp eye for detail, be able to think creatively on their feet, and juggle multiple design projects simultaneously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Uphold current and future brand standards, guidelines, and best practices for consistency among all web assets
-Design effective web solutions and user experience to help drive visitor traffic and engagement for corporate branding and/or redesigns, events, email campaigns, social media community sites, SEM/SEO, paid digital media, and microsites
-Partner with web and editorial teams to ensure alignment with digital and content marketing strategy
-Work with Creative and Web teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
-Develop and manage new templates to support online properties, e.g. Marketo
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Minimal Qualifications

Education
-BA, BS degree, or equivalent year-for-year work experience preferred
Experience
-Minimum 5+ years' experience as a senior level web designer
Desired Qualifications
-Experience in a corporate B2B marketing environment, digital marketing agency, or internal creative/studio team working with technology client
-Ability to think through design problems to come to sophisticated solutions with a clean and modern design ethic
-Experience collaborating with marketing partners including product marketing, demand generation, and global event teams
-Expert proficient in HTML and CSS
-Software Requirements: Adobe Creative Suite (CS6x), Flash, Microsoft Office
