Principal Applications Engineer - MA

Job # 6397

Job Type: Full Time, regular direct position

Requirements:
BSEE, BSME or BS in Materials Science or other technical/scientific discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant industrial experience
Solid understanding of semiconductor processing equipment and processes
Knowledge of Solar and FPD processing equipment and processes a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with perseverance and self-confidence essential to work at all levels within the customers’ and internal organizations
Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office tools
Travel (both domestic and international) under 15 per cent

Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience with RF plasma, Microwave sources and Ozone generation.
Direct experience with Ashing, Dry Strip, Etch, CVD, ALD and Oxidation processes a plus
