In this position, the individual will report to the VP, Strategic Programs, and will focus on the identification, definition, development, and implementation of key company-wide initiatives and process improvements. The individual will draw upon resources from all SanDisk organizations to move initiatives forward. Initial efforts will be directed toward a number of initiatives/improvement areas already identified, including Customer Focus, Quality Improvements, and Revenue/Margin optimization. The individual will also provide support for executive communications including Earnings Announcements, BOD meetings, Conference presentations, Customer Briefings, QBR's, etc...
This position requires a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 15 years experience. MBA preferred. Cross functional expertise is critical.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
