| In this position, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that interactive marketing not only continues to enhance the branding aspects of SanDisk.com, but also becomes an integral part of SanDisk's demand generation and driving purchase behavior that leads to transaction. The individual will also be responsible for SanDisk's web strategy including initiatives, and revenue targets, general web presence, corporate and regional websites, and micro sites and SEM media buying. This includes user experience, content and purchase behavior, design look and feel, customer communication, segmentation and dynamic merchandising. The individual will conceive and deploy Web site improvement roadmaps as well as develop budget and effectively present projected ROI to relevant executives. The individual will also manage relationships with agencies and outside experts to ensure optimal expertise is obtained and strategy is executed including the use of the most current technology and tools, content utilization, and optimization. The individual will work with internal parties, including corporate marketing, database marketing and sales, as well as the business units and IT to ensure maximum ideation, execution and accuracy. The individual will ensure the site has the greatest possible reach and optimization (SEO, SEM, affiliate, blogs, social networking, viral, etc.), delivers the best possible user experience that impact fully communicates SanDisk's desired revenue goals and is in concert with marketing, branding, product, services, campaign and other desired messaging. This individual will provide leadership to the regions globally and collaborate closely with regional marketing and sales to determine content and delivery strategies for different target audiences and ensure proper content localization as well as ensure solid metric systems are in place to measure site performance and effectiveness.
