We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our growing team in the U.S. This is a hands-on role where the Implementation Specialist will work closely with customer's business and IT teams to design and deliver SolveDirect's service management and B2B integration solutions. This position is based in Sunnyvale, California and reports to the Delivery Director.
Implementation Specialist Responsibilities
Design, demonstrate, plan and implement SolveDirect technology to enable IT Service Management and B2B Solutions for global enterprise customers
Successfully drive projects based on customer business goals and solution architecture
Configure/customize data models, workflows, communication protocols in SolveDirect's platform
Perform project Management and documentation
Understand project goals and scope of work from a business standpoint
Work and communicate effectively with internal SolveDirect teams like sales, operations, development
Develop and deliver training programs for customers
Perform third level customer support
Some travel required in the U.S. and Europe/Vienna
Ideal Experience
The Ideal candidate should be extremely customer focused with business acumen and hands-on experience to deliver technology and business solutions.
About 5 years technical consulting experience; ideally for an enterprise software company
Experience in Web technologies (e.g. XML, SOAP, JavaScript, Web Services, RosettaNet etc.)
Background IT service management or B2B process integration software
Enterprise software implementation project management experience a plus
Experience customizing service management applications, e.g. workflows based on customer need
Excellent presentation, customer awareness and written/verbal skills
ITIL Certification preferred
Prior experience in a startup environment; entrepreneurial mindset
Results oriented, customer focused, leads by example
Flexible "can do" attitude
Bachelor's degree
