Ability to write materials across all media based on an understanding of a client's unique communications goals, benefits program, and audience.
Multi-task with multiple projects at different stages and manage prioritization of work.
Enhance team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by sharing and leveraging best practices.
Collaborate with HR Outsourcing Employee Communications designers and account team to deliver effective copy.
Weigh copy comments carefully and incorporate all required changes.
Maintain a library of best-practice templates.
Maintain a broad level of understanding of Aon Hewitt's core businesses and offers.
Qualifications
Self-starter who works well in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. MBA a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of employee benefits (Retirement, Health and Welfare) communications writing experience.
Superb writing and communications skills.
Strong attention to detail, as well as excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
